Maintanace
Installation: During installation, make sure that the membrane
element and membrane housing are clean to avoid impurities from
entering the inside of the membrane element. At the same time, the
membrane element should be installed in the correct direction to
avoid reverse installation.
Pre-treatment: In order to prolong the service life of the membrane
and improve the treatment effect, it is necessary to carry out
pre-treatment of the raw water to remove large impurities,
suspended solids and so on.
Operating pressure: The operating pressure should be strictly
controlled within the tolerance range of the membrane element to
avoid membrane damage caused by overpressure operation.
Cleaning: The membrane element should be cleaned regularly to
remove the pollutants and scales on the membrane surface to
maintain the flux and desalination rate of the membrane.
Storage: If the membrane element needs to be stored for a long
time, it should be kept in a dry, cool and ventilated place,
avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
